[meta-xilinx] How to setup python to rootfs

Maybe. Need to test.

Try python2.7. Packages included my recipe:

IMAGE_INSTALL_append += " \
                         python-core \
                         python-numpy \
                         python-argparse \
                         python-json \
"

python-core should be enough.

subprocess and socket both work.
