[meta-xilinx] Xilinx SDK projects in Yocto

Hi,

1. Yocto generated SPL+u-boot:
layer: meta-ezynq <https://github.com/Elphel/meta-ezynq>,
src: ezynq
<https://github.com/Elphel/ezynq/tree/master/u-boot-tree/include/configs/ezynq>

2. Software projects:

We use Eclipse, for a new project:
a. create a makefile.
b. create a recipe for yocto which inherits an extra class (most of its job
is passing EXTRA_OEMAKE to the Makefile and creating links).

Eclipse is setup to run bitbake.
For the kernel development the project is a bit different.

Also using Eclipse with the VDT plugin
<https://github.com/Elphel/vdt-plugin>. Vivado is installed and runs on a
remote PC - the plugin takes care of transferring data back and forth.
