[meta-xilinx] Xilinx UltraScale+ Eval Board Support: meta-xilinx layer compilation

Hello,

We in magna bought some Zynq UltraScale+ (ZCU102) evaluation boards.
We want to build an image (Linux + meta-xilinx layer) using Yocto and try it on the ZCU102 board.

I could compile this combination for "zc702-zynq7" machine. When I choose "zcu102-zynqmp" there are compilation issues. Please find attached the build log.
