As described in the morty branch release email
(https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/meta-xilinx/2016-December/002299.html),
this is a known issue. A patch has already been applied to master of
oe-core, http://git.openembedded.org/openembedded-core/commit/?id=f6f87019073d4f3caa7766aca89faa6781690fba.
Until it is backported to morty you can resolve it by manually
backporting the patch or using master.
