[meta-xilinx] Using meta-xilinx-tools with custom board

Hello,

I am trying to understand the work flow for a custom board.
I have a hdf provided by vivado.
This file contains the ps7_init.c/h along with the bit file.

The c files needs to be copied into the embeddedsw.git source when
compiling the fsbl recipe.
And I don't see if the meta-xilinx-tools allows to do that.
