Hey Peter,
That's a good question, I meant to specify that in the cover letter
but forgot to.
You will need to set this in your local.conf:
XILINX_QEMUBOOT = "1"
You will then need to delete your tmp directory and rebuild the
machine (otherwise the changes don't propagate).
After that it should work.
