[meta-xilinx] Using GPU on UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 Evaluation

Hi all,

As it's probably apparent, this comes with the ARM Mali GPU that would be
useful for some of our applications. I'm curious about what you need to do
to interface with this (from say C/C++ and/or Python). What recipes are
needed to compile so we can access the GPU when cross-compiling a
custom-written C-script/binary?
