meta-xilinx provides a mali kernel module. Haven't tried yet, but I'd expect
it to need some firmware 'blob' from linux-firmware too.
Then add "opengl" to your FEATURES (dunno which, machine, distro, ...)
And from there it's OpenGL "as usual". First step there would be to develop
something that runs on your desktop Linux PC and uses the video card, it'll
use the MALI when running on the board. That's the nice thing about an
operating system, you don't have to target particular hardware...
