[meta-xilinx] Using GPU on UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 Evaluation

Thanks Mike,
I'd hope it would be that simple. It wasn't 100% clear to me if UltraScale+
was fully supported in the meta-xilinx yet (not sure how to tell other than
just trying it). Apart from that, how would one check that I'm indeed using
the GPU?
