[meta-xilinx] Booting MPSoC from SD card

The remaining problem I still have is that pmufw kills the SD1 card controller.

I have the SD card slot connected to SD1 (MIO46 etc). On SD0 there's an 8G
eMMC chip.

When running an old 4.6 kernel which doesn't require pmufw, both SD0 and SD1
work fine.

Loading pmufw and running that old kernel makes SD1 fail, the kernel reports:
mmc1: error -110 whilst initialising MMC card

SD0 (the eMMC chip) keeps functioning okay apparently.

On the newer xilinx/master 4.9 kernel, the pmufw is required, and the SD1
fails in the same way, preventing the system to boot from SD.

Kind regards,
