[Toaster] Submission window for YP 1.6 release is now closed

Hello,

I am happy to report that thanks to Paul's and Richard's efforts,

All the patches for which I replied "taken" have now been merged into the
1.6 tree.

Thank you goes to all those involved in Toaster, and let's hope for a
smooth launch.
