I think that we have a very exciting product to share with the Yocto community, and it has certainly been my pleasure to participate in it with my fellow developers. In addition, we have a strong backlog of fixes and usability enhancements for Yocto-1.6.1 to keep the momentum going forward.

I am happy to report that thanks to Paul's and Richard's efforts,
All the patches for which I replied "taken" have now been merged into the 1.6 tree.
Thank you goes to all those involved in Toaster, and let's hope for a smooth launch.

The submission window for Yocto Project 1.6 release is now closed.

This doesn't mean that patches won't continue merging into master - but upstream merging might be delayed while the team prepares the 1.6 roll-out.

This means that the release tree for 1.6 has been carved out, and submitted patches won't be merged in the release tree anymore.
Please direct any questions about this issue to me, Belen and Paul.
