[Toaster] Bug 6682

As agreed yesterday, I've checked the state of the All builds and All
projects tables in poky/master to see if we could set 6682 to resolved.
I'm afraid the answer is I don't think so. Mainly because the all projects
table is not showing data for most of the columns.

David: do you think you could work on this one next?

This is the list of issues I've found:

LATEST BUILDS SECTION

* The latest builds section is not showing failed build requests, but I
believe there is a fix for this on the way

* The latest builds section is not showing the latest 3 builds including
builds in progress, but it should show the latest 3 completed builds + any
builds in progress. This is the way the latest builds section in the
project page is supposed to work too

* The 'run again' buttons in the latest builds section are not working

ALL PROJECTS TABLE

*  In the Edit columns menu, the "Last image files" checkbox only shows /
hide the table heading, and not the cells in the table body

*  The 'last updated' column should show the completion date and time of
the latest build, using the same format we use for the completed on
column. We should change the column heading  to "last build' and move the
column to right after the 'number of builds' one

* The release in the table should link to the 'Project details' section of
the corresponding project page

* The data for the following columns is not being displayed: Machine,
Number of builds, Last outcome, Last target, Last errors, Last warnings,
Last image files

* The following columns should be sortable (but they currently aren't):
Machine, Number of builds, Last outcome, Last target, Last errors, Last
warnings

* We should probably set the default order to 'Last build' in inverse
chronological order (most recent build on top)

* The heading should show the number of results returned when you search

* The 'no results' page is not in place

* In the 'all builds' table, the 'Project' column should show right after
the 'Machine' column, and it should be sortable. Also, our current filter
model will not work for this column: if you have 30 projects, you will get
a list of 30 radio buttons. It doesn't scale. I agree a filter here would
be useful, but it needs to work like the 'Project' field in the 'New
build' button (text field providing suggestions). So, can we take it out
for the moment?
