[Toaster] 6755

As agreed yesterday, I've checked the state of 6755 in poky/master to see
if we could set it to resolved.

I'm afraid the answer is I don't think so. Mainly because of the empty
states for the all builds page. That's the minimum we need in place,
because otherwise when you start Toaster on a clean database you are
pretty much stuck.
