[yocto] Compiling tollchain at x64 to run at x86

Hi everybody, download a ready to run script from
http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/releases/yocto/yocto-1.6/toolchain/i686/poky-eglibc-i686-core-image-sato-armv7a-vfp-neon-toolchain-1.6.sh
and worked fine!
