[meta-xilinx] USB PHY problem on ZC702

Thanks for the prompt response Nathan.
I've managed to solve this problem by using a newer FSBL (actually the one from the 2014.4 SDK release - we had previously used an older one which appears had a glitch in it).
Regarding Yocto "Dizzy", I want to move us to that release next year, however not until we have successfully passed a design review milestone with our customer in mid-January (for obvious reasons, now I have it working I do not want to break it again).

It probably is a similar issue, it always seems to popup every now and again.

Try meta-xilinx dizzy branch with poky/oe dizzy, the resolution for the zedboard/zc702/etc issue was only done in the dizzy/master branch against the linux-xlnx 3.14 kernel. If that works for you and you are happy to use dizzy, otherwise let me know and we can look at back-porting that change to daisy.
